In the stillness of sacred remembrance, I had come to understand that liberation had never been about escape — it had been about return. A return to the divine essence within, where the soul had always been liberated, illuminated, radiant, and whole.
In 2021, from March to October, my journey through deep physical challenge became the threshold of my spiritual awakening. I could not sit, stand, drive, or even lie down for more than two hours. Each moment felt like a thousand invisible needles pressing through my neck, shoulder, and arm — a pain that shook both body and spirit. Yet within that stillness of surrender, something sacred began to awaken.
As I rested in quiet faith, I felt a divine whisper calling me to seek deeper truth. I searched and was guided to the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh His words on happiness, love, and liberation illuminated my path like a lantern in the dark. The word liberation settled deeply into my heart — not as an escape from suffering, but as a return to truth, to stillness, to God’s unwavering grace within me.
