Serenity Huyen Nghiem Tinh – September 23, 2024
I don’t consider time when I love someone, especially when people say money is their intestines, which is so true. So when someone gives me anything, I know their heart. Until now, the person who loves me the most and can give me the whole world is still him.
When he wanted to buy me an engagement ring, he sold all his assets, including the koi fish in his garage and coin collection. It was 1996. To this day, I still firmly believe in true love; I think of the white prince and the sleeping princess. I once told myself that if someone loved me in the future, they would give me the whole world, and I would do the same for my loved ones.
Love is the highest vibration in the universe. It is a powerful, transformative energy that shapes how we experience life. Love transcends the physical realm, reaching into the very essence of our souls, and can heal, connect, and uplift in ways nothing else can.
Here are reasons why love stands at the highest frequency of existence:
Love is a Frequency: Some people believe that love exists as a frequency in the universe that can be tapped into if we open our hearts and minds. Just as a radio can tune into specific wavelengths, love is thought to be a higher vibration far beyond the physical frequencies we encounter in everyday life. Unlike the microwaves we rely on for technology, love’s frequency carries life-giving energy, enhancing our spiritual and emotional well-being.
Love is the Vibration of Spirit: It is the song of the Universe, the harmony that unites all living things. When we align ourselves with this vibration, we are in tune with the very essence of creation. It reminds us that we are part of something greater, connected by the divine energy that sustains everything.
Love is the Most Powerful Force: Some say that love is the most potent force in the universe. This energy created the stars, the planets, and all living beings. Love is the essence of life itself—the force behind every heartbeat and every breath. When we embrace love, we are tapping into the creative power of the universe, capable of moving mountains and transforming lives.
Love is an Electrical Current: Love is often described as the invisible current that connects us all. Much like electricity flows through wires, love flows between people, linking us in ways that go beyond physical contact. This energy allows us to form deep connections, build relationships, and feel understood and supported, even from a distance.
Love is the Antidote to Pain: Love has an incredible ability to heal and soothe. Unity.org teaches that love is the antidote to pain and suffering. In moments of grief, heartbreak, or despair, love lifts us out of darkness and into the light. It fuels our passion for life, gives us hope, and helps us find joy amid sorrow.
Love Transcends Time and Space: Love is not confined by the limitations of time and space. Love endures, whether it’s the love between two people who are separated by distance or the love that persists even after someone has passed away. It defies the boundaries that restrict us physically, proving that love’s reach is infinite.
Love Transmutes Differences: In a world often divided by differences, love has the unique power to transmute prejudices and unite people. Love transcends race, culture, and background. When we lead with love, we see beyond surface-level differences and recognize the shared humanity that binds us.
Love as a Healing Force: It mends broken hearts, heals emotional wounds, and restores the soul. Love can bring peace to those who suffer and provide comfort and renewal to those in need. It is a balm for the spirit, whether through the love of a friend, family member, or even Spirit.
Unconditional Love is a High Vibration: Unconditional love is considered one of the highest forms of love, embodying compassion, kindness, and forgiveness. It’s the type of love that expects nothing in return and offers itself freely.
The Expansive Nature of Love: Lessons from my Zen master Thich Minh Niem: In a world filled with challenges, the wisdom of my Zen teacher, Thich Minh Niem, shines brightly. He teaches us, “Love is like a river or even an ocean; when you expand your heart like a river, many bags of salt dumped into the river will never make it salty.” This metaphor beautifully illustrates how love can transcend negativity and hardship.
Understanding the Metaphor: When we view love as a vast body of water, we see its potential to absorb and transform. Just as rivers dilute salt, our love can diminish the pain life brings. Love is boundless, growing stronger in the face of adversity.
The Power of an Expanded Heart: Expanding our hearts requires intentionality and openness. By cultivating compassion and empathy, we create space for love to flourish. I remember when negativity threatened to overwhelm me, but embracing love and forgiveness allowed me to find inner peace and transform my life.
Embracing Love Through Forgiveness: Forgiveness is essential to this teaching. Holding onto grudges clouds our hearts and prevents us from fully experiencing the transformative power of love.
