Like many of you, my journey has been shaped by profound transformation, deeply rooted in challenges, grief, and unexpected twists of fate. In 2016, my life was forever altered when my husband passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack. Then, in 2020, I faced another heartbreaking loss when my father passed due to COVID-19. These moments of overwhelming grief became turning points, propelling me toward a deeper understanding of myself and my true purpose.

At the time, I found myself not only a widow but also a mother raising two children and caring for my widowed mother, who struggles with arthritis. I was thrust into a world of responsibility and sorrow. But despite the pain, I knew I had to find a way through. Through unwavering dedication to self-care, self-love, self-reflection, and self-discovery, I uncovered the transformative power of trusting in God and the divine purpose guiding me. I learned to flow with the challenges and discovered the courage to remain authentic, even in the face of hardship.

Eight and a half years ago, everything changed in an instant. When my husband suffered a heart attack that night, I was consumed by grief—struggling to breathe, my heart heavy with pain. In that moment of despair, a thought crept in: I felt lost, broken, and utterly alone. But within that dark space, a quiet voice reminded me that I was a survivor. I was not alone, and my journey was not over.

There was an inner voice—soft yet unwavering—that reminded me I was a survivor. It whispered that my journey was not over, and that there was a greater purpose beyond my suffering. God saved me. He carried me through the darkest night and guided me toward the path of mind liberation. In seeking answers, I was led to study Buddhism—to explore the depths of detachment, presence, and inner peace. When I could not walk, God carried me. When I could not breathe, He sustained me. When I thought I had reached my end, He whispered, “This is not the end. Surrender, and I will guide you.”

My transformative and spiritual healing journey was neither immediate nor easy. It demanded deep soul healing, alignment, detachment, surrender, trust, and unwavering faith. I confronted the wounds of my inner child, sat with my pain, and allowed grace to flow through the cracks of my broken heart. I learned to trust, believe, and surrender—not only to God but to life itself.

God did not want me to merely survive; He wanted me to create. Like an eagle soaring toward the sun of inner wisdom, I was called to spread my wings, embrace the unknown, and step forward with quiet courage. Not through force, but through surrender. Not by resisting, but by flowing with His divine guidance.

Through this journey, I found my lost soul, reclaimed my essence, and transcended survival mode into creator mode. I became a co-creator with God, shaping my reality through faith, intention, and aligned action. Healing is not about erasing the past; it is about surrendering it to the light. Every tear, every moment of trust, and every act of surrender has led me here. And now, I walk in faith, flowing with life’s rhythm, guided by grace.

Detaching is not about leaving things behind; it is about trusting the divine process, knowing that by releasing what no longer serves, we make space for the infinite flow of divine energy to guide us forward. Trust is the foundation—trust in God, trust in the Universe, and trust in ourselves. Trust allows us to surrender without fear, knowing that everything is unfolding according to a greater plan.
